Put your left hand under the right underarm and hold upper back muscle then gently slide it towards your chest in a large circular stroke moving from the outside to the inside. Repeat several times and on the other side.

Next, cup your left breast with your right hand and gently stroke upward towards the neck and the back of your ears as if pulling and lifting it up. Repeat several times on the other side.

Lastly, clasped your hands together behind you and push downwards to stretch your whole chest. Breathe in deeply until your breasts are lifted up.
