All products listed on are website stocked in the warehouse and handed over to the courier within 24 hours of receipt of the order. 80% of all orders we received are processed within 2 hours and handed over to the courier within 8 hours.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation for the order. Once the order has been processed, a second email will be sent to your the email address you've provided with a tracking number and tracking link for you to monitor the shipment progress.

Most small order shipments get through customs without additional taxes or duties but it is important to note that taxes and duties might be payable by you in the destination country if the order value exceeds the customs de minimis rate.
For example, the de minimis rate in Australia is AUD 1,000 (correct at the time of writing). Any order that has a value that exceeds this amount would be liable for taxes and duties levied by the custom authorities. The actual rate of tax and duties will depend on the destination country.
There are no additional taxes or duties for shipments within Singapore.
