Scoop out your desired amount and massage onto damp skin. Begin scrubbing your body in circular motions, starting with your feet and working upwards. Follow with a body wash and rinse thoroughly. Recommended to use 1 to 2 times a week.

Tip: For an extra nourishing body exfoliation, mix the scrub in a separate dish with Jojoba Oil or Honey before use.
